The following rules apply to registration:
1. Registration received by mail, or in the drop box inside the MDTC building, before the start date will be subjected to random draw for class position along with the walk-in registrations received on the listed registration Start Date. Registrations received after the start date will be taken in the order received (or drawn as above with those applications received at the same time). Neither e-mail registration nor phone registration will be accepted. The signed Registration Application and payment are required for a place in any class to be reserved. Applicants will be notified by e-mail or phone if they do not get into a class for any reason. 2. All mail-in registration is to be sent to the following address. MDTC takes no responsibility for any registration mailed to any other address. Merrimac Dog Training Club Attention: Registration P. O. Box 1685 Newport News, VA 23601 3. Registration placed in the drop box at MDTC should be in a sealed envelope with a check for the registration fee. Please do not leave cash in the drop box. MDTC does not accept Credit or Debit cards. A date and time on the envelope is encouraged. DO NOT LEAVE REGISTRATION IN THE BUILDING OUTSIDE MAILBOX. 4. Absolutely no registration will be accepted after 4 PM on the listed closing date. |
